These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aston Africa platform, including browsing, bidding, purchasing, and shipment tracking services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. Sellers and dealers must complete verification before listing vehicles.

Bids and Purchases

Placing a bid is a binding commitment to purchase if you win, subject to any reserve price. Buy Now purchases are confirmed once your order and initial deposit are placed.

Payments

Payments are processed through our escrow-style milestone system as described in our Escrow Terms. Funds are held and released according to order and shipping progress.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misrepresent vehicle condition, manipulate bidding, or use the platform for fraudulent transactions. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.

Limitation of Liability

Aston Africa facilitates sourcing, payment, and export logistics but is not the manufacturer of any vehicle listed. Landed cost estimates are estimates only.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
