These terms describe what is and isn't covered under Aston Africa's buyer protection standards, summarized in plain language on our Buyer Protection page.

What's Covered

Material misrepresentation of a vehicle's condition, VIN mismatch, or non-delivery of a paid order, when reported before funds are released from escrow and before you accept delivery.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear consistent with a vehicle's disclosed mileage and condition notes, changes in personal preference, or issues arising after delivery is accepted.

How to File a Claim

Contact support with your order ID and details before accepting delivery. We'll review the claim against the listing, condition notes, and order records.

Resolution

Resolutions may include a price adjustment, replacement sourcing, or refund from held escrow funds, depending on the outcome of review.
